RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR ALLEY MAINTENANCE
AND SNOWPLOWING
CITY PROJECT N0. 791
WHEREAS, costs have been determined for the maintenance and
sncwplowing of the following alleys in the City of Richfield and
the expenses incurred or to be incurred for such maintenance and
snowplowing for the period o-f April 1, 1983 through December 31,
1983, amount to be $18,100:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by 'the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. The portion of the test tc be assessed against
benefitted property owners is declared to be $18,.00;
2. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper
amount to.-be specially assessed for such maintenance against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel cf land affected, without
`regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and shall file a
copy of such proposed assessment in her office for public
inspection;
3. The clerk shall upon the ccmpleticn of such proposed
assessment, notify the council thereof.
