RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECTUION OF AGREEMENT NC. PW 12-19-84
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND HEPI~tEPIN COUNTY
FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC COIITROL SIGNALS
WHEREAS, Agreement for the maintenance of traffic control
signal systems on municipal street systems within the limits of
the city by the county and reimbursement for such services by
the city, Agreement No. PW 12-19-84 has been prepared and
presented to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Agreement be in
all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and lti'Ianager are
authorized to sign Agreement PJo. P4J 12-19-84.
