A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PERMIT CHARGE
TO PERSONS WHO WISH TO PLANT, REMOVE OR MAINTAIN
TREES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
'+~JHEREAS, Section x.10, Subdivision 3 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Richfield authorizes the establishment of a fee for a permit to trim, cut,
remove or plant any tree on public property, including street rights-of-way;
NOW, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
as follows:
1. A permit fee to trim, cut, remove or plant any tree on public
property, including street rights-of-way, shall be One Dollar (1.00) for
each tree to be planted, removed, or maintained.
