RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT

WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Richfield, Minnesota must approve
all plats and subdivision of land in the City of Richfield, i~iinnesota by
resolution pursuant to the ,provisions of Minnesota Statutes 402.358, and
~iriEREAS, the City Council of the City cf Richfield, Minnesota has found
that the proposed plat of Richfield HUB Superblock is in compliance with the
subdivision regulations of the city.
PiOW, THEREFGRE BE IT RESOLVER, by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota that the proposed plat entitled "Richfield HUB Superblock"
is approved and the appropriate city officers are directed to take the
necessary steps to evidence this approval.
