RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND INTERNATIONAL UNION
OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 49 AFL/ CIO FOR THE YEARS 198/85
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Metropolitan Area Management Association
have reached an agreement with the International Union of Operating Engineers
Local k9 for the years 198#/85, and
WHEREAS, this agreement includes an amendment to the 1983 contract
provisions and new contract provisions for 1985, and
WHEREAS, the personnel ordinance requires that contracts between the City
and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining unit -
shail be i~plemented by council resolution.
r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Council does hereby approve
the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Richfield and the
International Union of Operating Engineers Local u9 for the years 198+/85.
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that the City Manager is•hereby authorized to
execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Richfield
