RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE AID CONSTRUCTION
FUNDS TO S.A.P. 157-010-01, RECONSTRUCTION OF LONGFELLOW AVENUE
FRONTAGE ROAD
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the
City of Richfield to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on Longfellow Avenue between 66th Street and
69th Street by reconstruction, paving, curb and gutter and drive
aprons and to overlay with bituminous the Highway 77 east
frontage road, b9th Street to 24th Avenue within the limits of
said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said. construction project has been approved by the
Minnesota Department of Transportation and identified in its
records as S.A.P. 157-010-01.-
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Richfield
does hereby appropriate from our Municipal State Aid
Construction Funds the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000)
to apply toward the construction of said project and. request the
Commissioner of Transportation to approve this authorization.
