RESOLUTION N0. 7028
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL ADDENDUM TO MASTER LABOR CONTRACT
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND INTERNATONAL UNION
OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 49 AFL/CIO FOR THE YEARS 1985-1986
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reached an agreement with the
International Union of Operating Engineers Local ~9 for the
years 1985/86, and
WHEREAS, the personnel ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and the exclusive representative of employees
in an appropriate bargaining unit shall be implemented by
council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby approve the Local-Addendum to the Master Labor Contract
between the City of Richfield and the International Union of
Operating Engineers Local 49 for the years 1985/86.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the City Manager is hereby
authorized to`execute the agreement on behalf of the City of
Richfield.
