RESOLUTION OF Thy CITY COUNCIL ,
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD APPROVING
THE SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 6512-14 OLIVER AVENUE. SOUTH
WHEREAS, the subdivision of the above-referenced property
~,~as approved. on June~14, 1982, upon the request of the prior
owner of the property, Mr. iMyran Gunderson.
~~v~iEREAS, the City Council. Minutes for June 14, 1982, di d not
contain. the legal. description of the property, thereby rendering
the Minutes insufficient for recording in the office of the
Hennepin County Registrar of Titles.
`dHEREAS, the subdivision of the above-referenced property
has been resubmitted for approval by William L. Peterson as
follows:

The North 29.8 feet of the South 59.o feet of the North

1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 except road in Section 28,
Township 28, Range 24.
PARCEL B
The South 23.8 feat of the North 875.3 feet of the Last 1/2

except road. in Section 28, Township 28, Range 24.
NOW, THEREFORE,- 3E. IT RESOLVED by the City of Richfield,

1. No owner may remove or alter any intarvening common wa11
separating two units for the purpose of joining such

2. Except to adjust for settling or lateral. movement of

not be relocated without amending the plat-.
3. Units may rot be subdivided without amending the plat.
4• Common areas or facilities may not be subdivided without
amending the plat.
5• In the event that any ~.uiit is damaged or destroyed, it

described in the subdivision plan.
