~ RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LETTER OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF
RLCHFIELD AND JOHN G. CARTWRIGHT, CITY MANAGER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
The following section of the Letter of Understanding between
the City of Richfield., Minnesota and John G. Cartwright, dated
September 18, 1983, is amended as follows:
2. SALARY. The City agrees to pay Employee ar. annual
salary at tote of Fifty Three Thousand, Eight-Hundred and
Five Dollars ($53,$05) per year effective Mareh 1, 19$5, and
thereafter at such rate as may from time to time be fixed by the
City Council.
