RESOLUTION N0. 7020.
- RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
1985 ALLEY PAVING PROJECT - CITY PROJECT N0. 812
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted
February 25, 1985, a report has been prepared by the city
engineer with reference to the improvement of the following
alleys by concrete paving and this report was received by the
council on March 11, 1985:
Alley Between From To
Augsburg and Garfield Avenue 70th Street 71st Street
Russell and S'r.eridan Avenue 58th Street 69th Street
Blaisdell and Nicollet Avenue 75th Street, 76th Street
Upton and Thomas Avenue ~ 68th Street 69th Street.
Xerxes and Washburn Avenue 68th Street 69th Street
Queen and Penn Avenue 68th Street 69th Street
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. the
City of Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. A putalic hearing on said proposed improvement, -
previously scheduled for April 8, 1.985, is hereby resc'r.eduled
for April 22, 1985, commencing at 7 p.m. in the Council Crambers
of City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South, at which time the
Council will consider the improvement of these alleys in
accordance wits tre Preliminary Report and assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of tre
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429, at ar. estimated
cost of the improvement of X127,308.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to wive
published and mailed notice of such hearing in the manner
required by law.
