RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND INTERNATIONAL UNION OF
OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 49 AFL/CIO FOR THE YEARS 1985/86
WHEREAS, the City Manager ar_d the Metropolitar. Area
Management Association have reached an agreement with the
Irterr.atianal Unior. of Operating E:^.gir.eers Local 4g for the
years 1985/85, ar.d
WHEREAS, this agreement extends the present agreement for
one year ar.d establishes wage rates for 1985, and
WHEREAS, the personnel ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and the exclusive representative o employees
in an appropriate bargaining writ shall be impleme:^.ted by
council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City
of Richfield and the Interr.atior.al Unior_ of Operating Engineers
Local 49 for the years 198/85.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute the agreement or. behalf of the City of
Richfield.
