RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR CITY PROJECT N0. 813
RICHFIELD STATE AGENCY STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., has
prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of
construction of a storm sewer outlet from property in the
southeast quadrant of 66th Street and Lyndale Avenue to
Richfield Lake across public right-of-way and across the
property in the northwest quadrant of 66th Street and Lyndale
Avenue as duly presented to the council on the $th day of
October, 19$4, and'has presented such plans and specifications
to the council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield., Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved;
2. The city clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official newspaper and the Construction Bulletin an
advertisement for bids upon making of such improvement under
such approved plans and spec ificatians. The published
advertisement shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be received by the clerk until 11 a.m. on Friday,
February 15, 1885, at which time they will be publicly opened n
the council chambers of the city hall by the city clerk, will-
then be tabulated and will be considered by the council at 7
p.m. on February 25, 1985 in the council chambers of City Hall,
6700 Portland Avenue South, and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to
the clerk for five percent (5~) of the amount of such bid.
