RESOLUTION N0. 7113
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT N0. 8056
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY N0. 53
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 8056 showing
proposed alignment, profiles, grades, and cross sections for the
construction of County State Aid Highway~No. 53 within the
limits of the City of Richfield as a State Aid Project have been
prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield that said plans be in all things approved and
that the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the
prohibition of on-street parking on that portion of said Project
No. $056 within its corporate limits.
