RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING
DATE TO RECEIVE COMMENTS ON ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET PREPARED FOR THE
CDR INVESTMENTS/MINNESOTA INC. PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has received a draft
Enironmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW} for the CDR
Investments/Minnes.ota, Inc. project generally located at I494
and I35W in accordance with Section 116D of the Minnesota
Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has
requested additional information concerning wastewater
generation, and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has determined that a public
hearing is necessary to receive comments concerning the draft
EAW.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota that the EAW is accepted and
approved for distribution subject to provision of additional
wastewater generation information required by the Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency prior to distribution and that a
public hearing will be held at 7 PM on Monday, December 9, 1985,
to receive comments concerning the CDR project EAW.
