RESOLUTION N0. 7076
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1985 BUDGET OF VARSOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6941 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for
the year 1985; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one
office,~department, or agency to another within the same fund at
the request of the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the 1985 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as
detailed in the proposed 1986 budget document.
NOW, THEREFnRE, BE IT RESOLVID by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota,. as follows:
Section 1: That the 1985 appropriations for each department of the General
Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GIIVERAL FUND
Legislative $ 125,290
Executive 316,490
Administrative Services 751,840
Community Development 402,950
Public Safety 4,428,960
Community Services 3,219,490
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $9,245,020
INCREASE $ 12,280
Section 2: Estimated 1985 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all
sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Manager's official copy of the proposed 1986 budget document,
are hereby revised as follows:
