RESOLUTION N0. 7063
RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The following described properties are hereby specially
assessed in the following amounts for expenses incurred
by the city in connection with abatement of a nuisance
health hazard pursuant to provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Section 145.23, to wit:
