86-7226R102 RESOLUTION N0. 7226 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SITE AT 2500 AND 2516 WEST 66TH STREET WHEREAS, the Richfield Planning Commission conducted a public hearing concerning changing the land use designation of a site at 2500 and 2516 West 66th Street from medium density buffer to high density residential; and WHEREAS, the Richfield Planning Commission iias approved the change on May 28, 1986; and WHEREAS, the Richfield City Council accepted the proposed change on June 23, 1986 and submitted it to the Metropolitan Council and affected government agencies for review; and WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has found that the proposed amendment has no potential impact on any metropolitan system plans and that the city can officially adopt the amendment. iJOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota that figure 13 of the City's Comprehensive Plan entitled "Comprehensive Development Plan" is hereby amended to change the designation of the site at 2500 and 2516 6Vest 66th Street from medium density buffer to high density residential.
