RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT FOR WEED DESTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The following properties are hereby specially assessed
in the following amounts for expenses incurred by the
City of Richfield in connection with abatement for
weed destruction pursuant to the provisions of
Minnesota Statutes 1984, 18.271, Subd. 4 to .wit:
