RESOLUTION N0. 7197
RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A FIRE PROTECTION
SYSTEM FOR RICHFIELD SHOPPES NORTH AND
SETTING DATE OF .HEARING
'WHEREAS, cost has been determined for the installation of a
fire protection system for Richfield Shoppes North located on
Nicollet Avenue between 65th and 66th Streets in the City of
Richfield in the amount of $48,705 for the following property:
PID ;~27-028-24-13-0059 - 6501 Nicollet Avenue South
~JO'W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. .The cost to be assessed against the property owner is
declared to be $48,705;
2. The city clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in his office for public inspection;
3. The clerk shall, upon that completion of such proposed
assessment, notify the City Council thereof.
