I10jl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, I4innesota: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 8th day of September, 1986, in the council chambers of city hall at 7 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity tobe heard in reference to such assessment. 2. mhe city clerk and city engineer are hereby directed to cause notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be publisred once. :: the official ne~•~spaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the tota l cost of the improvement; The city clerk and city engineer shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the .owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings.. ndopted by the City'Council of the City of Richfield, 'iinnesota this 1 1 th day of August, 1986.
