RESOLUTION NO. 7182
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CP705 FUNDS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON 66TH STREET
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in
and for the City of Richfield has authorized public improvements
adjacent to the 66th Street and Rae Drive housing development;
and
WHEREAS, the HRA has requested the City Council to allocate
CP705 funds to fund the public improvements on 66th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield that $18,480 in CP705 funds be allocated for
sewer and water service and concrete work adjacent to the 66th
Street and Rae Drive housing development.
