RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-STREET PARKING
PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 86-2

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street
parking as contained in Off-Street Parking Application No. 86-2
is hereby approved subject to the following stipulation that a
revised drainage plan be submitted for approval by the city
engineer showing a catch basin in place of the concrete drainage
channel.
2. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and
maintenance of said off-street parking lot shall remain the.
responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code 4.05.
