RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ACTING CITY
MANAGER'S APPOINTMENT OF TWO RESIDENT.
MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Richfield
hereby approves .the Acting City Manager's appointment of Mr.
Lawrence Emond and Mr. John Janski as 1986 resident members on
the Board of Equalization as provided in Chapter 7 of the City
Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. compensation for the two resident
members of the Board of Equalization be set at a minimum of
$34.00 per session of the Board, or $14.00 per hour per session
of the Board, whichever is greater.
