RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE RICHFIELD POLICE
SUPERVISORY ASSOCIATION BARGAINING UNIT FOR THE YEAR 1986
' WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield Police
Supervisory Association Bargaining Unit have reached a complete
.understanding concerning rates of pay, hours, and, other
conditions of employment for the year 1986; and
WHEREAS, the personnel ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and the exclusive representative of employees
in an appropriate bargaining unit shall be implemented by City
Council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby approve the labor agreement between the City of Richfield
and the Richfield Police Supervisory Association for the year
1986, and orders the provisions of the labor agreement to be
implemented, effective January 1, 1986.
