RESOLUTION N0. 7136.-
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND INTERNATIONAL UNION
OF OPERATING ENGINEERS.LOCAL 49 .AFL/CIO FOR THE YEAR 1986
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Metropolitan Area
Management Association have reached an agreement with the
International Union_of Operating Engineers Local ~9 for the year
1986, and
WHEREAS, this agreement includes .new wage and contract
insurance provisions for 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts
between the City and. the exclusive representative of employees
in an appropriate bargaining unit shall be implemented by
Council Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Couneil does
hereby approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City
of Richfield and the International Union of Operating Engineers
Local ~t9 for the year .1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of .the City of
Richfield. `
