RESOLUTION NO. 7314
A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR COPIES OF THE
MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE CODE
WHEREAS, the ordinance enacting the Richfield City Code of
1987 and the City Charter provides that the code shall be printed
for general distribution and availability to the public in such
reasonable quantities and at such reasonable charges as may be
fixed by the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE~CI?Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD AS FOLLOWS: -
That the fees for copies of the Municipal Ordinance Code are
as follows:
1. No charge per page for the first ten copies.
2. .25~ per page for copies in excess of ten pages.
3. $50.D0 for a complete copy of the ordinance code.
