RESOLUTION NO. '7295
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CITY MANAGER'S APPOINTMENT OF TWO
RESIDENT MEMBERS 'I'O THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota hereby approves the City Manager's
appointment of Mr. Lawrence Emond ar~d Mr. John Janski as 1987
resident members on the Boa.~d of Equalization as provided in
Chapter 7 of the City Charter.
BE IT FtTtTHER RESOLVED, that compensation for the two
resident members of the Board of Equalization be set at a minimum
of $34.00 per session of the Board, or $14.00 per hour per
session of the Board, whichever is greater.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of March, 1987.
