RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT
~•:::EREAS, the City of Richfield, as a municipal corporation
orcanizec and existing under the laws of the State of

-•7F:~~EAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield has
adop=ed subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and
safe develoo.;,en~ of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application
for a supdivision plat for Blaylock Plumbing Addition, as
submitted by Blaylock Plumbing Co., Lamont J. Jankord and
Marjorie i.'. Jankord and Richfield Bank & Trust Co., for
property iega_=y described on Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Richfield hereby approves the plat of Biayiock
Plumbing Addition, Henneain County, Minnesota.
