RESOLUTION NO. 7242
RESOLUTION ADOPTI\G THE 1988-1992 CAPITAL IMPROVII~I'P BUDGET PROGRAM
tiS, a proposed Capital Improvement Program for 1988-1992 has
been prepared for review by the Planning Catanission in accordance with
chartex requirements, and
WHEREAS, the city council has received the recanmendations and benefit
of review of these proposed documents by the Plaruzing Comni.ssion and has it-
self reviewed these proposals.
NCXrJ, THEREFI~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1988-1992 Capital Improvement
Program is hereby approved and adopted subject to annual review and revision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to initiate the procedures which will lead to more formal and
detailed consideration of these projects in accordance with the aforementioned
laws and practices.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this
1st day of October, 1986.
