RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND
JAMES D. PROSSER, CITY MANAGER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, the City
of Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
The following section of the Letter of Understanding between
the City of Richfield, Minnesota and James 0. Prosser, dated July
14, 1986, is amended as follows:
Section 5, Salary: The City agrees to pay employee an
annual salary at the rate of sixty seven thousand four hundred
and ten dollars ($67,410) per year effective September 1, 1987,
and thereafter such rate as may be from time to time fixed by the
City Council.
