RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZING REVISIONOF2021 BUDGET OF VARIOUS
DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS,Resolution No.11798 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each departmentofthe Cityforthe year of2021; and
WHEREAS,The CityCharter, Chapter7,Section 7.09,gives the Council authority
totransfer unencumbered appropriation balancesfrom one departmenttoanother within
the same fund atthe requestofthe CityManager; and
WHEREAS,The CityManager has requested arevision of the 2021 budget
appropriations in accordance withCharter provisions and asdetailed inthe Proposed 2022
budgetdocument.
NOW,THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVEDby the CityCouncil of the City ofRichfield,
Minnesota asfollows:
1.That the 2021 appropriations for each department of the General Fund be
amended to establish the following totals:

2.Estimated 2021 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all sources, as the
2022 budget, are hereby revised as follows:
INCREASE$158,750
3.That the City Manager and the Finance Director bring into effect the provisions
of this resolution.
