RESOLUTION N0. 7345
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISLON OF
1987 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7231 appropriated funds for personal services,
other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for the
year 1987; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one office,
department, or agency to another within the same fund at the request of the
City Manager; and.
WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the 1987 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as detailed in the
proposed 1988 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
1. That the 1987 appropriations for each department of the General
Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund be amended to establish the
following totals:
GENERAL FUND
Legislative $ 139,720
Executive 358,620
Administrative Services .848,120
Community Development 214,040
Public Safety 4,963,580
Community .Services 3,577,720
TOTAL GENERAL FUND ~ $10,101,800
DECREASE $ 193,930
REVENUE SHARING FUND $ 35,200
INCREASE $ 7,200
2. Estimated 1987 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all
sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City Manager's
official copy of the proposed 1988 budget document, and are hereby
revised as follows:

3. That the City Manager and the Finance Manager bring into effect
the provisions of this resolution.
