RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1990
AND LEVYING TAXES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7532 appropriated funds for
personal services, other expenses and capital outlays for each
Department of the City for the year 1990, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09 gives
the City Council authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation
balances from one office, department, or other agency to another
within the same fund at the request of the City Manager, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Truth in Taxation law provides for a
proposed tax levy to be certified to the County Auditor by August
1, and then recertified on August 15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
