NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Such alley maintenance is hereby ordered as proposed by resolution adopted July 10, 1989. 2. The work to be performed may be by day labor, by City force, by contract or by any combination thereof. Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 14th day of August, 1989.
