RESOI.tlTION GRANTING PRF.T.IMTNARY APPROVAL
TO A REQUEST FOR SUBDIVISION
(HOPE PRESPYTERIAN CI~ttRC1t ADDITION)
WHEREAS, IIope Presbyterian Church of Richfield has submitted
a request for oubdivision approval for that certain real estate
located in the City of Richfield, as described on the attached
Exhibit A, to be known as "Rope Presbyterian Church Addition";
and
WHEREAS, after due public notice a hearing was held on the
proposed subdivision on March 27, 1969; and
WHEREAS, except as noted below, i.n the opinion of the CitS~
Council, the application conforms: t:o the requirements of the
Richfield City Code regarding the subdivision of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, AE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield as follows.:
The application of fIoi~e Presbyterian Church of Richfield for
subdivision approval for the land described on the attached
Exhibit A is given preliminary approval, subject to the following
conditions to be met prior to final plat approval:
a. The applicant must submit an opinion of its legal
counsel, certified to date, showing Legal title to the
teal estate and any liens or encumbrances, and
including matters~rclating to judgment, bankruptcy, tax
lien and Special assessmFnt searches, must comply with•
uny recommendations that the city may make as a result
of matters disclosed in thF opinion.
b. Transitory Ordinance No. 17.37 Shall have been adopted
and become effective.
