WHEREAS, the City Council has givsn first reading to Transitory Ordinance
No. 1` 7.37 , providing for the transfer and conveyance of a tract of land
lying within a fos~oierly vacated public street of the City ("Land"); and
Wt1F.REAS, the Land described in such Tran.4itory Ordinance has been
possessed and occupied by Nope Pzesbytsriar Church since such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the uses to which the Land hen been put since vacation are in
conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
NOw, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of~ the City of
Richfield ns tollowe:
1. Because the use to which tht Land is put wi]1 not be changed as a
consequence of the convsyancs, the cenveysnce beers no relationship to
the Comprehensive Plan.
2. Ths requirements of !linncaota Statutes Section 462.356, subdivision 2
shall be dispsnsed with. ~- ~r
