88-7484R45 RESOLIITION NO. 7484 RESOLOTION RELATING TO THE 1989 MANAGE[~ENT SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, the municipal code of the City of Richfield provides for the adoption of a pay plan for Management employees from time-to-time, and WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1989 pay elan for position classifications for management employees.
