RESOLUTION N0. 7478
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REVISION OF 1989
BUDGET FOR OTHER AGENCIES DIVISION
WHEREAS, Resolution 7457 adopted a budget for 1989
appropriating funds for personal services and other expenses and
capital outlays for each department of the city for the year
1989, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested a revision of the
1989 budget appropriation in accordance with charter provisions
for determining the specific allocation of $8,060 of unallocated
funds in the Legislative Department - Other Agencies Division of
the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of thee
City of Richfield as follows:
1. That the 1989 appropriation of $8,060 of unallocated
funds for the Legislative Department - Other Agencies Division of
the General Fund be revised as follows:

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to
execute contractual agreements with the above named agencies
summarizing services to be provided to Richfield residents.
