RESOLUTION APPROVING ELIGIBLE DEFERRAL
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST-OWNER OCCUPIED
HOMESTEAD PROPERTIES OF PERSONS PERMANENTLY AND
TOTALLY DISABLED
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7310 was passed by the City
Council on June 22, 1987, establishing procedures f-or deferment
of special assessments against owner occupied homestead
properties of persons 65 years of age or older and persons
permanently and totally disabled; and,
WHEREAS, application for deferral of payment of special
assessments have been made on forms prescribed by the county
auditor and the homeowner has furnished the city the necessary
information for determining eligibility in compliance with
Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.193 to 435.195.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, that the following owner-occupied
property be approved for deferral of special assessments as
listed below:
