RESOLUTION N0. 7450
RESOLUTION EXTENDING HEARING EXAMINER
PROCESS FOR ZONING ORDINANCE VARIANCE REVIEM
MHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota established a hearing examiner process for zoning
ordinance variance review; and
WHEREAS, this process expired on August 31, 1988; and
MHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota has reviewed the process and determined that the
hearing examiner process has worked well and it is desirable to
continue it.
NOM, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota that the hearing examiner process
established in Section 545.13 - 545.31 of the ordinance is hereby
extended for an additional one year unless the City Council, by
resolution, .extends it for an additional period or periods.
