RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON CITY PROJECT NO. 831
ALLEY MAINTENANCE FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1 - DECEMBER 31, 1987
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by
law, the Council has met and passed upon all objections to the
proposed assessment for current services related to maintenance
of the following alleys in the City of Richfield:

NOW , THEREFORE, BE ITI,
RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of ,
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. Such proposed assessment roll is hereby accepted and
shall co nstitute the special assessment against the lands named
therein, and each tract of~,land therein included is hereby found
to be be nefited by the proposed current services in the amount of
the asse ssment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable before or during 1989
and shal l bear interest atl,the rate of eight per cent from the
date of adoption of this assessment resolution.

3. The owner of any .property so assessed may, at any time
prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor,
pay whole or part of the assessment on such property to the
city's Assessing Division and he may, at any time thereafter, pay
to the City's Assessing Division the entire amount of assessment
remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the
year in which payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31 of
the succeeding year.
4. The city clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified
duplicate of this assessment roll in the amount of $9,977.18 to
the county auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of
the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over
in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
Passed by the City Council of the City. of Richfield, Minnesota,
this 12th day of September, 1988.
