RESOLUTION N0. 7566
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1989 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7457 appropriated funds for personal services,
other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for the
year 1989; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one office,
department, or agency to another within the same fund at the request of the
City Manager; and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the 1989 budget
appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as detailed in the
proposed 1990 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
1. That the 1989 appropriations for each department of the General
Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GENERAL FUND
Legislative $ 281,930
Executive 460,220
Administrative Services 969,600
Community Development 266,070
Public Safety 5,588,690
Community Services 4,143,210
TOTAL. GENERAL FUND $11,709,720
INCREASE $ 290,280
2. Estimated 1989 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all
sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City Manager's
..official copy of the proposed 1990 budget document, and are hereby
revised as follows:
INCREASE
$ 175,890
3. That the City Manager and the Finance Manager bring into effect
the provisions of this resolution.
