RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR 1989
ALLEY MAINTENANCE - CITY PROJECT NO. 845
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council of the
City of Richfield on June 11, 1990, the City Clerk was directed
to prepare assessment of the cost of maintaining the fo llowing
alleys in the City of Richfield for the period of Janua ry 1, 1989
through December 31, 1989.

WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified th e City Cou ncil that
such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C ity Counci l of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A hearing shall be, held on the 23rd day of Ju ly, 1990,
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be reached on t he agenda, t~ pass
upon such proposed assessment. At such time and place all
persons owning property affected by said mai ntenance a ssessment
will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed t o cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in
the official newspaper at least two weeks pr ior to the hearing.
He shall state in the notice the total cost of the mai ntenance,
and also caused mailed notice to be .given to the owner of each
parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks
prior to the hearing.
