The portion of the~cost to be assess ed against benefited property owners is declared to be $1 7,725.98. 2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calcu late the proper amount to be specially assessed for such mainte nance against every asse sable lot, piece or parcel of land s affected, without egard to cash val uation as provided by law, and shall file a copy of suc h proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such pr oposed assessment, notifythe City Council i thereof. Adopted by the City Council'of the this 11th day of June, 1990. ATT ST: P. Ferber City ~
