RESOLUTION N0. 7607
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
Michael Sandahl is hereby designated to serve as a director
of the Suburban Rate Authority, and James Prosser is hereby
designated to serve as alternate director of the Suburban Rate
Authority for the year 1990 and until their successors are
appointed.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, this lath day of February, 1990.
