RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1992 SPECIALIZED PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 310.17 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield
provides that the pay grades, the number of steps or range of each pay
grade, the compensation rates in each pay grade, and the method of normal
progression through the pay grade be established by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City administration has prepared a 1992 pay plan for the
positions for which there are no essentially similar position
classifications in other regular pay plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1992 the following pay plan, which is to be
effective on January 1, 1992, and subject to the provisions of the
personnel rules and regulations ordinance:

*This step only applies to Pool Attendant and Driving Range I who are under
18 years old and work less than 20 hours per week.
Individual employees will be eli~ible to receive increases to the next
higher grade step based on individual performance and the following
progression: it .
a. Step 1 - Start ~'i
b. Step 2 - One year from anniversary date
c. Step 3 - One year from last increase
d. Step 4 - One year from last increase
e. Step 5 - One year from MIast increase
