RESOLUTION NO. 7805
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1991 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7683 appropriated funds for person
services, other expenses and capital outlays for each department of
the city for the year of 1991: and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the
Council authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances
from one office, department, or agency to another within the same
fund at the request of the City Manager: and
WHEREAS, The City Manager had requested a revision of the 1991
budget appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as
detailed in the proposed 1992 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the 1991 appropriations for each department of the
.general Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GENERAL FUND
Legislative $ 178,000
Executive 425,690
Administrative Services 879.,340
Community Development 276,930
Public Safety 6,008,840
Community Services 4,239.320
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $12,008,120
DECREASE S 493,630
2. Estimated 1991 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from
all sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Managers's official copy of the proposed 1992 budget, and are
hereby revised as follows:

3. That the City Manager and the Finance Manager bring into
effect the provisions of this resolution.,
