91-7801R56 RESOLUTION NO. 7801 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the maintenance of the City's computer hardware, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and WHEREAS, it appears that Financial Products Corporation of Omaha, Nebraska is the lowest responsible bidder; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota: 1. That the proposal dated September 12, 1991, of Financial Products Corporation for computer system maintenance is hereby accepted for the services specified in the City's Request for Proposals dated August 19, 1991; 2. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the above mentioned computer system maintenance services with Financial Products Corporation of Omaha, Nebraska in the name of the City of Richfield for such services from January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, for an amount not to exceed $32,095.00; 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
