RESOLUTION N0.7793
RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The following described properties are hereby specially
assessed in the following amounts for expense incurred
by the City in connection with abatement of a nuisance
health hazard pursuant to provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Section .145.23, to wit:

year at no interest.
