RESOLUTION N0. 7684
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF
1990 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7567 appropriated funds for person
services, other expenses and capital outlays for each department of
the city for the year of 1990: and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the
Council authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances
from one office, department, or agency to another within the same
fund at the request of the City Manager: and
WHEREAS, The City Manager had requested a revision of the 1990
budget appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as
detailed in the proposed 1991 budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the 1990 appropriations for each department of the
general Fund be amended to establish the following totals:
GENERAL FUND
Legislative $ 168,430
Executive 547,480
Administrative Services 1,017,360
Community Development 280,400
Public Safety 5,824,510
Community Services 4,258.290
TOTAL GENERAL FUND 12.096,470
DECREASE 93,170
2. Estimated 1990 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from
all sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City
Managers's official copy of the proposed 1991 budget, and are
hereby revised as follows:

3. That the City Manager and the Finance Manager bring into
effect the provisions of this resolution.
